By accessing and using PUPIBOT ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PUPIBOT is an AI-powered assistant that helps you automate tasks in Google Workspace through natural language commands. The Service includes:
- Natural language processing for Google Workspace automation
- Integration with Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Docs, and Sheets
- AI-powered task execution and verification
3. User Requirements
To use PUPIBOT, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have a valid Google account
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Comply with Google's Terms of Service
4. Google Workspace Access
By authorizing PUPIBOT, you grant us permission to:
- Access and modify your Google Workspace data as instructed by you
- Send emails, create documents, and manage calendar events on your behalf
- Use Google AI (Gemini) to process your commands
You can revoke these permissions at any time via Google Account Permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use PUPIBOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
⚠️ Important: You are responsible for all actions performed by PUPIBOT on your Google account. Always review commands before execution, especially destructive operations (delete, bulk send, etc.).
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of PUPIBOT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy
- Session data is deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity
- You can request data deletion at any time
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Google API quota limits
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of AI-generated responses
- Completeness of task execution
- Error-free operation
Always verify critical operations (e.g., deleting files, sending bulk emails) before execution.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUPIBOT SPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Data loss or corruption
- Unintended actions performed by the AI
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (or $100 USD, whichever is less).
10. Pricing and Payments
PUPIBOT currently operates under a freemium model:
- Free Tier: Limited to 100 commands per month
- Pro Tier: Unlimited commands (pricing to be announced)
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

- Abuse the Service or exceed rate limits

12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in PUPIBOT (code, design, trademarks) belong to PUPIBOT SpA. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Reverse engineer the software
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via:
- Email notification
- In-app notification
- Updated "Last updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
